Are ManPans Safe?
ManPans are PTFE free, PFOA free, and toxic-free, so you don’t have to worry about harmful chemicals or fumes. These hard anodized aluminum pans have a water-based, mineral-like, stick-resistant coating (called “GEM-X2″) that is permanently bonded to the pan and won’t flake, chip, or peel.
The cooking surface is so durable that it’s safe for metal utensils, so go ahead and use your metal spatula on them. (Really. That’s what they recommend.) They’re also resistant to dents and warping, so they’ll last for years and years.

Best of all, your food releases easily, so cleanup is a breeze. ManPans have a nonstick performance similar to cast-iron cookware. Just wipe the pan with a little olive or canola oil before cooking. (Soybean vegetable oil is not recommended because it’s sticky.)
This cookware features a unique, Coolgrip handle with cutouts that diffuse the heat and keep it at room temperature. They have a higher efficiency and heat retention than other pans. Start with your burner set lower than normally would, so you don’t burn your food. (This saves energy and cuts your energy bill, too.)
Are ManPans Oven Safe?
ManPans are oven safe up to 700 degrees F, so you can start your meal on the stove top, and finish it in the oven. (Note: “Cool grip” refers to stove top cooking only. You WILL need an oven mitt to remove them from the oven.) The cookware can be used on nearly any type of cooktop (except induction).
